Lynn Simms, founder of 1st Class Nannies & Nurses, understands the power of consistent, nurturing support. As a single mother, she raised two children who earned full college scholarships—one now pursuing a master’s degree, also on a full ride. Their achievements mirror the values Lynn has always prioritized: balance, accountability, and genuine care. With more than 20 years of professional experience, Lynn built the agency to help families create the same strong foundation she built at home—where structure and warmth go hand in hand.

Tina Marie Powell, co-owner, brings a deeply personal approach to caregiving. Though she never had children of her own, she lovingly raised her niece and nephew, offering them the same devotion, guidance, and support any mother would. Tina’s heart-centered approach continues to guide the agency’s commitment to providing compassionate, reliable caregivers.
