OUR STORY, OUR PROMISE

MEET THE FOUNDERS

At the heart of 1st Class Nannies & Nurses LLC are two women united by one mission — to provide families with exceptional, compassionate care they can trust.

LYNN SIMMS

Lynn Simms brings decades of professional expertise in childcare placement, business leadership, and client service.

Known for her dedication to excellence and attention to detail, Lynn ensures every match between family and caregiver meets the highest standards of quality and integrity. Her extensive background in staffing and commitment to nurturing lasting relationships have helped shape the agency’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, and genuine care.

TINA MARIE

Tina Marie Powell’s passion for nurturing and caregiving began long before she joined 1st Class Nannies & Nurses LLC.

Though she never had children of her own, she lovingly raised her niece and nephew, giving them the same care, guidance, and devotion any mother would. That experience deepened her understanding of the importance of trusted, compassionate care — and today, she brings that same warmth to every family the agency serves.

TOGETHER, LYNN AND TINA COMBINE PROFESSIONALISM WITH HEART.

Their shared belief is simple yet powerful: every child deserves to be cared for with love, and every parent deserves peace of mind knowing their family is in capable hands.

Through their leadership, 1st Class Nannies & Nurses continues to set the standard for premium in-home care — where compassion, trust, and excellence come first, every time.
